Terms and Conditions

    All clients must sign a model release to allow the use of images from your session for advertising and client viewing purposes. By agreeing to this contract, you the parent, agree that the images from your session may be, but not limited to: posted on Facebook, PinInterest, Twitter, Instagram, brochures, business cards, any & all branding by Tiny Feet Photography. By signing this, you agree you to these conditions and all lawful conditions of use. 
    A 50% deposit is required to secure the date, time and services of Tiny Feet Photography. Final payment is to be made 14 days prior to your Photo Session. 
    Should the client wish to cancel more than 4 weeks prior to the session they will forfeit 20% of all monies paid. Should the client wish to cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the session they will forfeit 50% of all monies paid. Should the client wish to cancel less then 1 week prior to the session they will forfeit 100% of all monies paid. 
    If however, Ashlee Worthington is unable to perform pursuant to the terms of the contract due to illness or any avoidable or unavoidable action, the Session fee shall be refunded. 
    In the event of bad weather I will offer alternative arrangements or reschedule. 
    Ashlee Worthington of Tiny Feet Photography strives to deliver an adequate number of quality portraits from each session. In some circumstances, this will not always be possible. Many factors contribute to this, including the cooperativeness of the subject. 
    (a) The photographer makes no guarantee with respect to any issue of quality, type, style, number of photographs, visual or artistic appearance of the final product. Every effort will be made to ensure that the client(s) receive the highest possible quality product. (b) The photographer makes no guarantee with respect to the quality, 
    appearance or longevity of any product, and only those guarantees made by the manufacturer of said product(s), which are applicable under the circumstance, shall be in effect. "All digital images are at the highest resolution and ready to print. There will NOT be any raw or unedited images included. Images will be chosen by Ashlee Worthington for quality, colour accuracy and composition. This means not every file from the session will be included in the image presentation. Final images will include retouching and colour correction. There is a $50 per hour fee if additional retouching is requested for more than 2 images after session is completed. 
    Final images will be available approximately 2-3 weeks after your online selection has been made. 
    As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph a scene. 
    Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Ashlee Worthington does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your images and products. In the event you are not happy with your final products in any way, please contact Ashlee Worthington to arrange a meeting to discuss how she can meet your needs. All images are copyrighted by Tiny Feet Photography and protected by the Copyright Law.
